MMGS Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a Bumiputera company established in 2021, providing integrated engineering, maintenance, fabrication and industrial services across Malaysia.
Our capabilities include mechanical engineering services, plant maintenance, valve servicing, pump overhaul, piping fabrication, structural steel works, water jetting, blasting and painting, manpower supply and engineering support services.
We serve clients across power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, infrastructure and other industrial sectors. Our approach combines technical expertise, quality workmanship and responsive project execution to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions aligned with client requirements.

Ts. Christie
Chief Executive Officer
Ts. CHRISTIE is an experienced engineering, construction, and project management professional with more than 10 years of industry experience covering quantity surveying, tendering, contract management, business development, project operations, and strategic management.
He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MMGS Engineering Sdn Bhd, where he provides leadership in business development, project management, commercial strategy, and overall company operations.
Prior to his current role, Ts. CHRISTIE held several key positions with TECHNOFIT, progressing from Tendering & Contract Manager to Project Operation Manager and subsequently Head of Business Development and Tendering. His experience includes managing and securing projects involving mechanical and piping works, steel structures, fabrication, EPCC works, power plants, petrochemical facilities, and industrial construction.
His project exposure includes major developments such as Pengerang Cogen Plant, Connaught Bridge Power Station, TNB Fast Track projects, Vale Project, KLIA 2, Tanjung Bin Power Plant, Jimah Power Plant, and other industrial and infrastructure projects in Malaysia and overseas.
Ts. CHRISTIE holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). His professional strengths include:

Mr. Farid Fakhri Bin Ismail
Managing director
Farid serves as the Managing Director of MMGS Engineering Sdn. Bhd., leading the company’s strategic direction, business growth, and operational excellence. A graduate of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a degree in Electrical Engineering, he brings over 15 years of experience in the downstream oil and gas industry, with extensive expertise in mechanical asset integrity, static equipment, piping systems, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), and inspection management.

Throughout his career, Farid has successfully delivered complex maintenance, turnaround, and asset integrity projects across petrochemical, power generation, and chemical manufacturing facilities. His strong technical background, combined with a practical understanding of operational challenges, enables him to develop effective solutions that enhance reliability, safety, and operational performance.

Under his leadership, MMGS Engineering has grown into a trusted engineering and maintenance partner, providing comprehensive solutions for critical industrial assets. He is a firm advocate of a proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture, driving the company’s commitment to achieving “Goal Zero” while ensuring full compliance with the stringent requirements of PETRONAS, DOSH, CIDB, and other industry regulatory bodies.
