Danstoker Boiler Overhaul & Maintenance Project

Participated in an industrial stoker boiler overhaul project, involving inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of critical boiler components. The work included boiler tube inspection, stoker system maintenance, component condition assessment, and support for NDT activities to identify potential defects, wear, corrosion, and thickness reduction.

The project provided practical exposure to industrial boiler maintenance, ultrasonic testing (UT), inspection procedures, equipment preparation, and maintenance safety practices, contributing to a better understanding of real-world power and process plant operations.
