Valve Supply & Installation Project

Participated in a pneumatic valve supply and installation project, involving the preparation, delivery, installation, connection, and functional testing of pneumatic valves within an industrial process system. The project focused on ensuring reliable automated flow control and proper integration of the valves with the existing piping and pneumatic control system.

The work involved valve identification and selection, equipment preparation, inspection of supplied valves, removal of existing components where required, valve positioning, flange and piping connection, gasket installation, bolt tightening, pneumatic tubing connection, and alignment of the valve assembly.

Following installation, the pneumatic valves were subjected to operational and functional checks to verify actuator movement, valve opening and closing, pneumatic connections, and potential air leakage. Installation conditions and connections were inspected to ensure the system was properly prepared for operation.

All activities were carried out in accordance with industrial safety procedures, PPE requirements, equipment isolation practices, and site-specific work requirements.
