Water Pipeline Installation Project

Participated in a water pipeline installation project involving the preparation, installation, connection, inspection, and testing of water distribution pipelines within an industrial facility. The project focused on establishing a reliable and properly supported pipeline system for the transportation of water between designated process and utility areas.

The work involved site inspection and measurement, pipeline material preparation, cutting and fitting of pipes, pipe positioning and alignment, installation of pipe supports, flange and joint connections, valve installation, gasket replacement, bolting, and connection to existing pipeline systems.

Installation activities were followed by visual inspection, alignment checks, joint inspection, leak checks, and pressure testing where required to verify the integrity and readiness of the pipeline system. Attention was given to proper pipe routing, support spacing, connection quality, and safe working practices throughout the project.

All work was carried out following PPE requirements, equipment isolation procedures, lifting practices, working-at-height precautions, and site-specific industrial safety requirements.
